On this Friday March 16th The Mavericks Community is getting together for no other reason except to celebrate the life of an amazing human. At 2pm We will meet up at Mavericks Beach and be doing a beach session of big wave training with the local young guns. Paddle races, beach sprints, and all around showing them the ropes from water safety to state of the art big wave surf equipment.
4pm group paddle out to honor our friend Sion and all our big wave soldiers that have passed. 5pm we all will meet up at the Old Princeton Landing to have a family style pot luck BBQ. Bring what you can. There will be live music and plenty good vibes for everyone. Anyone and everyone is invited, and their presence will be appreciated, so tell a friend, tell all your friends. Hope to see you there.
